For consolidations and load-bearing elements we usually suggest M300 (C20/25) or M350 (C25/30); for foundations and slabs, M250 (C16/20) is the standard pick; screeds, paths and platforms do fine with M200 (C12/15), and levelling layers or fills with M150 (C8/10). In summer we schedule pours for the morning, when central streets are quiet and temperatures low — the concrete goes down in ideal conditions and the truck avoids traffic. In winter we use mixes with cold-weather admixtures, suitable also for consolidation work in unheated spaces. Every delivery comes with a quality certificate for the ordered grade, so the site manager or designer has the paperwork needed when the work is signed off.
